Rae Sachi 

Raena Sachiko is an artist based in San Jose, California. Specializing in photography, she is currently working as a preschool portrait photographer at  LifeTouch while also being found photographing out in the wild or local kendo tournaments and practices as she is also a kendo practicioner herself.

She discovered her love for photography while traveling to Japan during the summer just before starting her junior year of high school. She loved the creativity and freedom she felt while photographing Japan's landscape so much that she wanted to pursue a career in it.

One of her photography teachers once said, "...we can change the world through the connection of photography to everyday people... Go out and change the world." With that in mind, she strives to capture the beauty nature has to offer and creating  beautiful moments for and with  friends and families no matter how big or small they are. She is also passionate about creating a safe space for those who come to her.

When she isn't photographing, you can find her being your typical homebody in her room crocheting painting reading or running.
